They stretch, challenge and push each other to be their finest. Don’t be frightened to hold your team players liable. But keep in mind to be efficient you must build a relationship and trust with your team players.

3. RELY AND BE RELIED ON

You can’t have a robust team without sturdy relationships. And you can’t have sturdy relationships without faith. Great team players rely on their partners and most of all their team players have faith in them.

4. FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS

Bonds are the basis upon which victorious teams are built and great team partners take the time to unite, talk and care to develop strong relationships and bonds with all their team partners. It is crucial to take the time to get to know your team partners. Pay attention to them.

5. SET THE TEAM FIRST

Great team members always put the team, to begin with. They work very hard for the squad. They build themselves for the group. They work for the team. Their slogan is “whatever it takes to make the team better”. They don’t take acclamation. To be a good team player your ego must be submissive to the task and intention of the team.

6. BE FAMILIAR WITH AND SURVIVE THE MAGIC RATIO

Good performing squads have more optimistic communications than harmful communications. Remember the ration 3:1. Squads that go through communications at a ratio greater or equal to 3:1 are more constructive and good performing than those with a ratio of less than 3:1.

7. SHARE OPTIMISTIC CONTAGIOUS ENERGY
