Machines and gadgets use Artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has now become advanced with the rise of robotics. Machines program the natural intelligence and logic of humans to decide and reason. Not only this, but they can do physical work using software and machine technology.

Some robots can learn with experience and perform human-like tasks, while others continuously do what they are programmed to do. As technologies such as AI continue to grow, they will have a significant impact on our future.

Because they make things easier, everyone wants to get connected to AI. Through AI, you can share your knowledge and, in return, learn other intelligence skills. Therefore, Artificial Intelligence can perform tasks using the rational way or thinking it was programmed to do.

This algorithm works like a human brain by analyzing text speech, including images, just like humans do.

Just like humans, some humans have high capacity thinking, and some do not. In the same manner, there is also a strong AI and a weak AI. Let’s start with the weak one. A weak AI has a limited scope of works. However, it can function well in its designed tasks. Examples of these are Alexa and Siri.

You can use a strong AI in the broader scope. That application that uses high-level AI can be paired with human-level intelligence thinking. It also uses the clustering method and association of the data. The most popular machine that uses strong AI is advanced robotics.

What are the disadvantages of artificial intelligence?

I think the most apparent disadvantage of AI is the lack of physical work for humans. Humans need exercise to be fit. Although AI’s goal is to lessen the work, it could eventually lead to no human need to do physical activity anymore.

Aside from that, humans can rely on AI’s way of thinking about the future. That scenario is not ideal because if we humans do not think critically anymore, how can we create a much better lot. Another disadvantage of AI is it is costly. To find someone to research and invest in the idea alone is already expensive. How much more do the materials, an AI can cost.

Well, humans have to rest as well. As I have mentioned, lots of work is needed every day. AI can serve 24/7. Lack of rest for humans often leads to manual error. With the presence of AI, they could omit the mistake. Thus, helping humans in countless reworking and redoing.

AI can communicate efficiently, which also gives humans an overview of results, but AI can already make its results most of the time. Some other advantages of using AI are:

You can also observe AI in our education system. AI helps assess students by providing them with additional supports for learning. It also allows our teachers, especially in grading and record-keeping. Although AI can also help in teaching where other teachers seek their help, others prefer not to.

Because we cannot rely on the human capacity for security, humans have opted to use AI more in this field. As I’ve said, AI is available 24/7, which makes them fit for security jobs. They can alarm intruders. They can also decide when to bar and close an entire company in times of threat.

Transportation companies also use AI. There are already autonomous vehicles available and more convenient to predict traffic, flight delays, and routes. Aside from that, there are also applications that drivers can use to help them decide what’s the nearest route when they are new to the road.

Other uses of AI can be seen in law, finances, and manufacturing, which are probably the first to welcome and adopt AI.

How can AI help the future?

The world is going more advanced and complicated. Some processes are now obsolete, and we need to replace them with timely and relevant technologies. The very goal of AI is to aid human capabilities and help us make advanced and appropriate decisions with a fast way of thinking and far-reaching consequences.

AI can lessen the work of humans, thus giving them more opportunities to live more with little labor. AI can also help each other connect by exchanging information beneficially to all countries or the entire society.
