Terms & Conditions

• The promotion is open only to a resident of UAE who is twenty-one years or older and has a valid Emirates ID at the time of participation in the promotion period.
• Promotion period - This promotion starts on 22nd February 2023 and ends on 22nd April 2023.
• Prizes: 30 lucky customers will get an Air Arabia ticket voucher worth AED 1000/- for Umrah, and 60 customers will get Samsung Galaxy A13 mobile phones.
• Draw Dates:
  1st draw: 27th March 2023 (16 winners get an Air Arabia ticket voucher worth AED 1000/- for Umrah, and 30 winners get Samsung Galaxy A13 mobile phones).
  2nd draw: 25th April 2023 (14 winners get an Air Arabia ticket voucher worth AED 1000/- for Umrah, and 30 winners get Samsung Galaxy A13 mobile phones).
• The Air Arabia ticket voucher will have a validity of 6 months.
• Both account credit and cash payout transfers routed through GCC Remit and Bank Al Habib are eligible for the draw.
• Canceled transactions will not be considered for the draw.
• The promotion can only accept a successfully credited transaction made by the participant via GCC Exchange branches or the mobile app.
• The validity of an entry to this promotion will be at the sole discretion of GCC Exchange.
• GCC Exchange reserves the exclusive right to deny entry to any participant on the account of unethical, false, or unauthentic practices.
• If a transaction is canceled or unsuccessful, or if a transaction is found to be fraudulent, GCC Exchange will withdraw the prize and disqualify the participant.
• GCC Exchange makes no representations or warranties. The prize will not be transferable or exchangeable and cannot be encashed in part or full.
• The decision and declaration of the participants will be at the sole discretion of GCC Exchange.
• The list of prize winners will be shared on the GCC Exchange website and social media pages.
• GCC Exchange employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible for the draws.
• Winners should provide proof of identity (Emirates ID) and the original winning transaction receipt at the time of claiming the prizes.
• If the winner fails to provide proof of identity within the period of redeeming the prize, he/she will have to forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
• The winners should collect their prize within 40 days after the promotion period. If the winners fail to collect their prize, the prize amount will be sent to the Economic Department of the Emirate, where the customer made the transaction.
• GCC Exchange may publish the participants’ photos in any media for present or future marketing and publicity purposes under strict guidelines of its Privacy Policy. The customer’s participation in the promotion means they give their consent to the company’s use of their personal information.
• With the participation in the promotion, the participant agrees that they shall not make any monetary or other claims against GCC Exchange for the use of the entry/photos/personal information, or any other data contributed by the participant.
• Only the transactions conducted during the promotion period will be considered for the electronic draw.
• GCC Exchange reserves the right to cancel or amend the Terms & Conditions in its absolute discretion with or without prior notice, in case of unusual or unforeseeable events beyond the company’s reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to, any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• GCC Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel the promotion for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the provisions of any applicable statute, rules, or regulations which may be in force anytime.
• Any failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry. GCC Exchange reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
• The decision of GCC Exchange concerning any issue, conflict, or any other matter regarding the promotion will be final and legally binding on all the participants.
• The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where the law prohibits it.
• All disputes arising or in connection with this promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
• GCC Exchange will never ask winners to pay any charges for claiming their prizes or ask for their personal identification number, bank account details, and other confidential documents.
• Transactions from GCC Exchange Dibba branch are not eligible for the promotion.
