    If the referrer uses their free transaction in violation of our terms and conditions or our privacy policies, GCC Exchange holds the right to freeze their account. Any referral benefit will be removed in such an incident.

    By entering this scheme, unless otherwise advised, each participant agrees that GCC Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any further reference payment or other compensation to the winner.
