- Labour Card Copy
- Or a printout from MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation).
- Sponsor’s Valid Identification
- Passport Copy and/or Emirates ID.
- Owner and All Partners’ Emirates ID
- Soft copies of all Emirates IDs involved in the company.
- Signed Agreement
- With official company stamp.
- Power of Attorney (POA) or Shareholder Structure
- Required if applicable, especially in cases of indirect ownership or external management.
- Employee Emirates ID (Soft Copy)
