Life isn’t easy, and it is not a bed of roses or a laid out red carpet. You have your share of good and bad. When good things happen when don’t really appreciate it as much as we should but when things go bad, that is when we are punched by life. This is when we shouldn’t stay down or go in the corner and cry but instead Get up and be ready for challenges to come.

1) Vent out Emotions: One of the best ways to deal with negative emotions during such times is by getting out all the negativity from your system. Tell them the thing that you have been avoiding. Call someone who cares for you or someone who you trust. Vent out everything that you want to say and the results are immediate.
2) Deal with it in an Optimistic Way: Be thankful for the wonderful life that we have. Appreciate everything and everyone and don’t feel low, Do good things have an optimistic vibe around you. Surround yourself with good people do good deeds and remember a very important point WHATEVER HAPPENS, HAPPENS FOR A REASON.
3) Learn from Mistakes: Those do not remember their mistakes and do the same thing are bound to go down. Try correcting yourself and at any cost avoid putting yourself in the same situation. Think positively and try mediating. And remember life gives everyone a chance look for it and DO GOOD.
4) Don’t think about it: This is one of the most important points. Yes, reconcile about the mistakes and correct them but after that when you know you are in the correct part, throw those dark memories away from your life. Negativities can and will bring you down and make you deviate from the correct path that you have chosen.
5) Don’t live with it: If you don’t have a close person whom you can trust to speak with and vent out your emotions, this is for you. After correcting yourself, do positive things. Pick up new hobbies. Go visit old age homes or an orphanage and do something good for them. Do not sticks with the negative emotions get them away from you? Don’t be a victim to misfortune, but instead use the misfortune as a life lesson and progress further and do great in life.
6) Get rid of Bad Habits: This is one of the most overlooked points. During life’s downs, we fall into vices of bad habits like smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc. DO NOT IN ANY WAY LET THESE SUBSTANCES GET HOLD OF YOU. These things will break you apart and will not let you get back on your feet. So, stay away from these temptations. If it is too late join a rehab or something that will help you get rid of these.
Life isn’t easy it throws punches at you learn to dodge them and thus you can’t dodge, don’t let them knock you out.
