As part of our ongoing CSR efforts and summer safety initiatives, we successfully conducted a Heat Stress Awareness Campaign on 16th July 2025 at Ajman Industrial Area, aimed at supporting the well-being of the 70–80 hardworking labourers at the site.
🌡️ Addressing the Dangers of Heat Stress
With rising summer temperatures across the region, labourers who work outdoors or in non-air-conditioned environments face an increased risk of heat exhaustion, dehydration, and heat stroke. This campaign was designed to educate and empower workers with the knowledge and resources they need to protect themselves.
📋 Key Activities During the Campaign
- Awareness Session: Workers were guided through a practical session on how to recognize symptoms of heat stress and the steps to prevent it.
- Do’s and Don’ts Shared: Clear guidelines were provided, emphasizing the importance of hydration, taking regular breaks, and avoiding direct sunlight during peak hours.
- Hydration Support: To promote immediate well-being, cold water, laban, and juices were distributed to all attendees — a small gesture to encourage healthy hydration habits during extreme heat.
