- Processes remittance transactions, foreign currency exchange, collection of payments and inward remittance payments.
- Adheres to KYC Norms, AML Policies, Regulatory requirements and other policies of the Company.
- Maintaining sound relationship with the customers.
- Recognize customer’s requirements and cross-sells the products and services to meet targets.
- Responds quickly and positively to customer’s inquiries/complaints.
- Provide fast and error-free delivery of different services/products.
- Contribute to achieve the allocated individual and branch sales targets by offering excellent customer service.
- Explains about all the products and services to the customers.
- Maintaining positive work atmosphere with the colleagues, with the Branch-in-Charge and with all the support units. Thus, a team player.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree
- At least 3-4 years of related experience in Banking/Financial Services
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Persuasive communicator.
- Reliable, precise, well organized.
- Dynamic, committed and a team player.
- Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Microsoft/Open Office skills
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills
